"Anthony and his team at Audio One went above and beyond with customer service! From the time I called inquiring about prices for a remote car starter to testing out the new accessories, they were straight forward and accommodating. As advised by Audio One, there were cheaper prices around town but I am glad I went with them and left it up to the professionals. Not only was I pleased with the remote car starter, but I ended up getting new speakers as well! For many of the other companies that had the cheaper prices, they were booked out close to Christmas; Audio One was able to fit me in the next day after my consult which exceeded my expectation and was just in time for the freezing mornings."

"Highly highly recommend these guys! I've seen other jobs from other places that do not come close to the work they do here. Very happy with the service, product and installation. I went in knowing what I wanted, gave him my year make and model and immediately got the correct help I needed to make it work right. The installation charge for 3 hrs was not bad and they put in the correct Audi harness on so that I could have steering wheel controls. All other charges I double checked out of curiosity and it all added up. The Sony 5500 they fitted perfectly and the wiring they did through the side floor panel with a USB cable was very clean too without damaging any of my car. Greatly appreciated the walkthrough of the new Sony system and how it fully works.The Sony radio looks beautiful, all functions work properly, and it sounds so awesome I'm extremely glad I paid these guys to do this job for me! "Audio one did great with my new tint on my impala. It looks awesome! Anthony at the front desk was very helpful. He mentioned ceramic tint which I had no idea what it was at the time. He did not put any pressure into using it which is surprising from usual. He basically just mentioned check it out and let me know. After doing my own research ceramic was the way to go and I am glad I did. They also managed to work this into there already busy schedule and finished it the next day before 4pm as I requested.
