"I had used this tailor in the past and had good memories of my experience. Things have drastically changed. Today, I returned and asked the tailor to take my measurements so that I could order a uniform on the internet and have her hem the pants, when it arrived. She told me that she didn't do that. I asked her again if she measured people for the proper fit of clothing. She reiterated that she didn't do that. Isn't that a big part of what a tailor does? I will never return to this tailor."

"The moment in charge was willing to work with me when I was running late. She stayed an extra 5 minutes and then was willing to move my suit outside so I can pick it up. Which is great because I needed to leave town that evening. Five stars will use again."

"Kim was absolutely excellent! I’ve been looking for a tailor in the area for some time now and settled on this shop after hearing good things. I am always nervous when it comes to clothes because I’m LGBTQ+ and often get a lot of backlash for wearing “opposite sex” clothing. Kim didn’t mind at all and was very welcoming. She beautifully altered my suits and essentially made me a whole new vest to go with them (vest needed some serious altering). I really liked how she explained each alteration and asked for my input during the fitting. Her prices are very reasonable, as well as her turnaround time. I will definitely be going back for any future alterations I need!"

"I've been going this place for about 5 years now.. She has fixed my wedding dress (width, length, etc..), fluffy blouse, long jacket, big jean, and many other clothes that I loved to wear but those won't fit. She doesn't speak English so well but she does her best to help out. I've never had any problems past five years and other customers didn't seem like they were having problems either since I bump into regular customers when I visit!"
