"I was from out of town picking up a catering order from the deli the day before Thanksgiving. I had called in the order only the day before, so I was nervous about whether it would be ready. It was. Piping hot and nicely packaged at 6:00 pm as requested. Naturally, the deli and checkout lines were busy. I had to wait for my chance to get waited on at the deli, but Kyle made sure an additional line got open for me to checkout and personally helped me to load my order into my car. Outstanding!"

"Publix is great, I've been a customer for over 30 years as I used to purchase there in South Florida as well. Wide selection of products, both cheaper and expensive, so you choose your price point. Good deli section. I love that they choose not to have their shelves restocked while customers are in the store, easier for both parties."

"I’m not sure what was going on today at the Deli Counter at Publix off of Staples Mill Road, but I have never in the years of me going to a Publix have dealt with such a rude employee. I was picking up an online order and I noticed it wasn’t ready so I decided to do my other shopping and pick up the order at the end. When I was done and noticed it still wasn’t ready I went to the deli counter just to ask for the status, and I literally got yelled. She said that she was busy and she had a lot of other orders to do and she was trying to complete my order. I greeted her with a Hello and I just wanted to know where my order was. I was never rude, but she came at me very rude and it was completely unacceptable and shocking. Maybe she had a rough morning or maybe the deli counter is short-staffed I’m not sure, but I was completely flabbergasted and stunned. Either they need to do a better job of staffing on a Saturday so employees don’t get to this level of aggravation or she needs to be removed from talking to customers."

"This store was massive! They had a great selection of fresh fish, specialty cheeses, wine, produce and much more. The beer selection was good too but very pricey. The same could be said for just about everything else. Aside from the occasional sale item, the prices here seemed pretty high. Albeit good quality items, they were still priced higher than at comparable retailers."
