She was amazing in checking me out and helping with the sales that didn’t ring up right away I had so much stuff for my son’s class and she was so helpful and patient. I can’t thank her enough for the help. I can’t even begin to imagine someone doing that at a retain store at Christmas!!!"

"Well my wife visited store last week...she had an extremely busy day with my daughter having a expo...moving too fast she left her wallet with all her belongings, she called me in a panic...I simply told her to call store, staff was nice enough to grab and secure wife's wallet until I was able to pick it up!!! Shopping experience always pleasant this was just icing on the cake !!!!"

"Love the store but Lord help the lady in front of me at the register. I brought cash in to limit the amount of money my daughter spent. Well that didn't work at all. The slightly elderly lady in front of us had every question in the world about her purchase. Then after about 10 minutes she was on track to check out until the employee asked if she had any coupons and she started looking through her phone. At that point I went to the car and got my debit card, came back in and paid for my purchase and she still wasn't finished checking out. People please do all of your research about your purchases and have your coupons ready before you get to the register or maybe before you arrive at the store."

"Finally got my first loom. It is very easy to use, but the directions were very confusing. It never stated how to start or end the item that you were making so I had to restart it twice. It was also difficult for me to find any videos of anyone using it. My husband had to find one for me. I completed the pink and grey one first, and the green one second. Both turned out pretty good, and I will definaly use the peg loom again."
