"The products offered and the appearance of the store is beyond expectations. However, the attitudes of the personnel always appears to be they are in a bad mood. They never acknowledge you with a hi or did you find everything you needed. They appear to take on a customer that you are a bother. That is a shame, as they seem really great individuals. They seem unhappy."

"When I say the ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE. THE WORST!!! Cashier name Eva, location henrico virginaia. Eva has to be the worst possible casier I’ve met in four states!! Rude, short, no people skills what so ever! She tried to embarrass my wife and I because we used the wrong debit card, by calling for support to cancel our transaction at the register before I interrupted her and stated, it’s ok we have the right one right here. Then after that she leaned over the counter rudely and loudly, in an attempt to embarrass us and said whats going on here?? I said ma’am it’s ok, we used the wrong card, we have the right one right here. No apology no correction in tone, just slammed her hand on the counter in an attempt to get us out of the way. Not worth the hassle of ever going back. Absolute joke!! Save your time go somewhere else. Horrendous experience."
