"The staff at this location is always very welcoming and willing to help their customers. I shop here regularly and always have a pleasant shopping experience. Brianca and Jay went above and beyond to assist me in the store with a recent purchase by answering my questions, wrapping my purchase with care because it was breakable, and helping me get my purchase to the car. This is one example of the many positive experiences I have had here with them. Brianca and Jay always provide a welcoming and warm greeting to customers and go above and beyond to assist them with their experience at the store."

"Very unprofessional, It is raining and cold outside. If you want to close early I totally understand but at least have the decency to let somebody know. The older gentleman look at us three times and did not say a word. So finally, the lady that has been standing in the cold rain knocked on the window and finally the older gentleman shook his head no. He closed the store twenty minutes early. I will not return here or recommend anyone to come here because of the lack of communication and the poor customer service skills. There are plenty more goodwill stores that would love to have your service."

"High prices as to be expected at Goodwill but this is not a very pleasant location to visit. From the get-go, the parking lot is poorly set up. And this location is always packed, people will practically be right on top of you in the store despite it being a rather large Goodwill. Merchandise is picked over, very overpriced and poor quality. Seasonal merchandise from Halloween still out and marked normal price 5 days before Christmas. There are better Goodwills in the area that you can thrift at."
