"Quality has gone down hill. Not worth the price, might as well use the PX. I bought my commissioning uniform from them over 10 years ago, it has held up well. I purchased the AGSU package and am extremely disappointed. Material is uncomfortable, buttons have unraveled, and one of the pant legs started separating at a seam. Also you still need to get it tailored and patches sewn, regardless of the measurements you provide. Between this and the repairs I've sunk more money into this uniform than its worth. Recommend avoid and look at other options for the AGSU."

"Just placed an order for a FULL SET AGSUs. I was really looking forward to this because I’ve heard really good things about the quality and service from the company. Long story short, the package gets to the house, I open it, come to find out, they shipped the shoes and a couple of badges but no uniform. The whole set of the uniform was missing, I was pretty disappointed specially after paying and getting charged top dollar for it. I called them about and was promised that the rest of the uniform was going to be shipped out ASAP. We shall see if they can follow through with the promise…"

"Marlow White definitely has quality products and how they package items for your order whether that's in store or by mail. However, the quality of the tailoring is severely lacking. I experienced issues with both of my uniform orders. I would recommend using Marlow White if you're in a time crunch, but you will pay more than you would getting your uniform through clothing and sales. Recommend shopping around in terms of tailors. Marlow White does provide recommendations of other tailors/cleaners available in the area. Communication is so-so. After tailor took in way-too much on my dress mess jacket and no follow-up from Marlow White, I give them 3-stars. I'm sure Marlow White may be struggling like other business in that they either don't have enough people and/or will also cite supply chain /manufacturing issues. The supply issue is not completely their fault. Army pushed the AGSU without preparing the market, vendors, and contracts. I know at one point a couple months ago, there apparently was a shortage on pants and maybe leather. If you're in Korea, I've heard there are fantastic tailors that can do your uniforms at a much better rate than Marlow White and custom to you. Definitely shop around if you have the time to do so before your wear date requirements!"

"Went to the store to get measured/fitted over a month ago. That went great. Everything was in stock except the pants. Received everything in the mail. Overseas services stripes received was wrong amount. Called a couple of weeks ago on the pants and was told they had a pair that would work for me in the store and would ship them. Called to follow-up stating I never received them. Salesperson said they would get them shipped "today." I am calling again to follow-up. So, far I am not having a great experience. Everyone there really friendly, but that place could use some process improvement in a big way."
