"Had to sit & wait 40 mins for a finance mgr, & no one ever came. Finally asked another salesman if he could help & he did, brought my friend into the dealer bcuz she's interested in selling her car, so we needed the bill of sale, when the print out was given, the salesman said she really got a nice rate on the Corolla 3.2%, but that went again once you added almost $8000 to her car that was priced @ $26,000, which made it like about 28% & a car payment of $569 per month. It's a shame you all have locked this payment in, where even if she sells it or trade it, she won't receive the AMT to pay it off. An I know this bcuz I went to her to try to get it refinanced, & the payment will end up being over $600 per month. This is truly unbelievable! I'm sure the salesperson who sold her the car enjoyed his commission!!!"

"The car loan system here is a big SCAM.. A Mercedes 2015 that costs 22k was ending upnto 35 k after adding all those scam fees ëike engine insurance and gap insurance. Never again here. never"

"If you need to take your car to the body shop I would highly suggest to not take it here. I’ve been waiting over 2 months to fix a dent. I can’t get anyone to give me a timeline of when it’ll get fixed and I have to play the game of calling multiple times every day just to get someone to give me some of kind of update. I can’t share how many times I’ve been told they will call me back with update or figure out what’s going on and of course they never do. I’m honestly terrified if the day comes for me to pick up my car of what I might find."

"My Rav4 is a new car but the maintenance light is on and telling me the parking break is malfunction. So be careful before you buy RAV4. When I arrived, none asked me why I came to here, just took my car and throw me in the waiting room. waited about 3 hours telling me the mechanic is not here! without the problem solved!"

"I have been taking my vehicles to Koons Collision ever since living in the DC area (12 years). Each time, they have exceeded my high standards in performing the repair work. Additionally, the Customer Service is top-notch in that Amanda makes sure you are kept up-to-date and gives advice where needed. The Price of the repair was ideal and they honored the quoted price. I would recommend this place, regardless if you don’t own a Toyota. As a matter of fact, I own a VW and was treated with respect by everyone working. Note: if you need a rental, you will receive a discounted price on the vehicle for having your vehicle repaired at their body shop. The rental price beats other car rentals in the area. The customer Service given is also outstanding."
