"Quick diagnosis of the problem and suggestions to get it fixed, including trying to use a Limited Time Extended Warranty from the manufacturer. Turns out the warranty had expired so I will be taking the car back to PT auto to be fixed."

"Tony was great! He agreed to look at a classic Corvair for us to ensure it was running properly and in good mechanical order to help us make a purchase decision. The shop then proceeded to change all of the gaskets, fluids, and install our windshield fluid pump! Good service even though they were busy. To boot Tony mentioned the emergency brake broke when he was parking the car and he offered to install a new one at no charge once we could get the part! I’ll be taking my classic car and other cars to his shop from here on out! Good service and a great staff!"

"Dropped my car off on Friday and they had it ready by the end of the day, but I mentioned to the woman on the phone that I would have to pick it up when they opened the next morning (at 8am) and she said that would be fine. I had a great experience in terms of service, but was left a bit confused when I showed up to pick up my car at the beginning of their posted hours last Saturday as nobody was there. I even waited 15 minutes after they were supposed to open. I went around back and spoke to the mechanic next door and they said that it was typical of them to show up late. I had to get a ride to come back later and had to rearrange my day as a result. When I did pick up my car, they had left a screwdriver directly on the driver's seat. Everyone was very nice and helpful, and the price was good, but the things in between were a bit frustrating."
