"This is the gold standard for customer service and professionalism. I had my Dodge Ram undercoated by them and they did a excellent job. Because of some issues with the truck at another shop I had to slide my appointment twice. They were accommodating and never grew tired of my scheduling issues. They called me to remind me of my appointment, called me just after my truck was done to remind me of the curing process, and called me to remind me that my truck was ready for pick-up. I will be undercoating my other cars with them in the future. I can not recommend this place enough!"

"Just got a headlight restoration done on my car here. The service at APS was great, all the staff were extremely friendly and willing to help. John at the front desk has assisted me throughout this entire appointment. I have had to reschedule multiple times as I was still working on getting the car drivable to even make it there for the headlight restoration. It was an easy process moving the appointnment around multiple times to make it work. After picking up the car, the headlights looked much better than before however I did notice a few areas where the peeling (issue I originally came in the resolve) was still visible. Not sure if it is not possible to completely get rid of such an issue but I did mention it to the staff there still at that time. I forget the women's name that was there when I picked up my car, she was also really friendly and thoughtful. I told her about the concern I had with the small spot that still appears to be peeling. I asked if this became a larger issue and started peeling again if I could come back to get it corrected and she had agreed for me to come back to see what they could do. All in all I was provided friendly service from everyone there during this visit however the work itself on the headlights seemed to lack a bit of quality. Not to say that they turned me away from coming back if this is an issue that needs to be resolved however I wish that I did not have to go through waiting to find out if it does become a problem again soon."
