"The vehicle had a rattling noise under the hood and despite multiple calls to schedule a repair the dealership was unable to provide a loaner vehicle. When I did finally take the vehicle in they sat on it for 3 days with minimal updates on status. It was impossible to get anyone on the phone for an update on the vehicle and when I showed up at the service center to check on the status they told me the vehicle was ready and all fixed up. When I asked what the issue was they said the tires just needed air. Needless to say that was not the issue and I am now having to reschedule the repair with another dealership."

"Got an appointment for 10:30 in the morning. When I got there I was told I have to leave the truck and it will take up to 48 hours just to diagnose an issue because it's busy and there are people with higher priority in line and it's just how it is. What was the point of the appointment if you can't even touch the truck the first day or even the second day? How unorganized are you if you can't even keep the integrity of your appointments. I called another service center 20 miles away and they told me that they can do the diagnostics in 2-3 hours. Drove Mercedes and BMWs for 15 years never had this issue at service centers. That one star is for the dude who gave me my keys back and complimented my truck. Everyone else 0 stars."
