Red Lobster

"1/6/2024 dine in waiter was Carlie….I ordered surf and turf and when I got my food it wasn’t what I had expected so I told her what I thought it was and she said I’ll get you some butter….told her steak was dry which I order medium well….she said sorry and walked off…t she took a while to come back….restaurant only had 3 customers at that time due to the bad weather outside…I sent the order back and was able to order something else but by time I got it I was no longer hungry…we were left sitting a while at least 15mins…so another waiter Megan stepped in and she was friendly and held conversation and got our drink quickly….I love Red lobster but I was unhappy that day……I’ll try again soon…. 1-26-2024 Went had lunch and everything was remarkable and the service with the guy Louis I think his name was….He was on it and awesome……Thanks so much for fixing the pass issue..Friday received a 5 stars in all fields…"

"The prices are higher than last time but way less portion size. I asked the waitress where’s the rest? she said "The plate was weighed so that is the proper portion.”"

"This was a delicious experience and the amount of food was very impressive. I ordered the ultimate shrimp, they start with two kinds, mix and match, with sides. I went for the fully loaded baked potato. I also chose the alfredo shrimp and jumbo coconut shrimp. The biscuits are soft, and delicious. Just very impressed. Servers are very helpful and attentive."
