"I purchased several items for Halloween as we were trying to build our costumes Some of the items were unused and unopened so we intended to return them (with the receipt). Apparently this store doesn't accept returns, even though the information online stated they accept returns within 30 days on unopened items with receipt. Unacceptable! We won't be back."

"I love this store. They always have a nice variety of party / occasion items. I was alittle worried on this trip - with all the supply issues due to the pandemic . I was pleasantly surprised- they still had a decent amount of things of every kind. I was able to find what i was looking for - all for a reasonable price. The customer service is always great. They go above and beyond to help with whatever you need."
