"For such a big yard, the inventory is lacking. I was not able to reach anyone directly by phone each time that I called and had to go through a national call center. The facility is nice. The on-site staff were friendly. However, the bait and switch process was constant throughout the sales experience and I was left with a final price that was much higher than what was originally quoted. I left feeling slighted."

Not only do they have a Professional and friendly staff, but it was a very smooth purchasing experience. "Bobby and company were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and courteous! They gave me all the information I needed to make a decision about which trailer was best for my needs and told me up front of all the costs so there were no surprises. They were great to do business with and I will always go back to TrailersPlus in Bedford for any issues or questions I may have! Because I financed my trailer it did cause the process to close the deal to be almost 2 1/2 hours at the store. Not sure if that’s normal or not but just a heads up it could take a while to finish the deal. One reason for that is they go through your trailer thoroughly with you as if you’ve never operated a trailer before so it’s not all bad. They make sure you’re comfortable with it before you head off! I would absolutely do business with these guys again!"
