"I am a 60 year old lady with Parkinson's disease. Kelly had a vehicle on his lot I wanted to test drive. Knowing my condition and knowing I needed a vehicle I could depend on, Kelly test drove the car before i arrived. I feel like if it wasn't safe enough for his mother to drive he wouldn't let Me have that particular car. Two days after purchasing the car there was a problem no one could have forseen. Kelly took the car back to be serviced. He quaranteed the car would fixed properly or he would return my money. He also offered to find me a Repepacement if my car wasn't fixable. I have never had anyone go above and beyond as far as this man did to help me. Kelly's cars are fairly priced. He also doesn't charge a processing fee. All costs are up front and in the price of the vehicle. He is the most honest salesman I have ever met. Thank you Kelly."

"Terrible person...I asked him 3 times to fix my car...first he quoted me a price for labor only with my parts and at the last minute before I was to travel with my vehicle, he said no...also he will only take cash for payments...second, I asked him to work with my insurance and give me an estimate, he said no...when I tried one last time, he over quoted me on the same repair, then 3 days later, he said no again.."
