"Horrible experience"

"My rating is definitely not based off of the willingness and helpfulness of the staff at this business. Honestly I feel a little guilty writing this because it seems that everyone BUT me has had great luck after purchasing a vehicle from this seller. Basically they were selling a 2007 Subaru Tribeca B9 for a friend of one of the sellers. I did sign an “as is” buying agreement so I blame myself a bit as well UNTIL I went over to the place to pay on the 4 wheeler I have on layaway. I just happened to bring up the $4500 I’m having to shell out on a car I bought basically a month ago that has spent 80% of that time in a mechanics shop figuring out the problem. I mention the trouble I seem to be having that started with the radiator hose (unbeknownst to me or I could’ve saved a lot of money) that busted all the way open when doing diagnostics and blew the head gasket, the older gentleman said that he was sure that the guy they sold for had mentioned that the car had had that part replaced or maybe it was that it needed to be replaced. (This is new information to me seeing as it wasn’t mentioned one way or the other during my transaction before I drove away that day) So just to summarize I’m sure that this is a great and reputable place to purchase a vehicle for 90% of their clients but this has been an absolute nightmare for me personally. It’s been close to a year and my car is still not running right. I’m just hoping it doesn’t break down before I can get another."
