"I had to return a part a wheel bearing hub and I did get my money back. Not too much of a hassle but I felt awkward cause I felt they didnt like the fact that I was returning the part. Nothing out of line was said but the older gentleman dealing with it certainly made his checks and balances. The part was bad out the gate apparently."
