"I was on vacation in Harrisonburg using a rental car when the low oil light came on. I stopped in at AAMCO on a Friday afternoon. They were very busy but told me they’d help me out if I came back in a half hour. When we returned they promptly checked and refilled our oil at no charge! We were so grateful for AAMCO’s generosity. Amazing customer service!"

"I called in to get an appointment for a VA State Inspection and Charlie said she was going to check her schedule and placed me on hold for 10 minutes! I hanged up and called again and she answered and when I mentioned it was me again, hanged up immediately. Very unprofessional and there was definitely a better way to handle it. Stop wasting people’s time and cut to the chase and say whether or not you can or cannot do it for me."
