I was initially going to get all 4 changed but they looked at it and said I only needed two instead of just charging me for four. I went in and was told to come back in an hour, then was in and out in 25 minutes. They look like pretty good tires as well."

"This place has always been a Gem & I have loved going here for over a year. I have recommended this tire shop to so many people in the Harrisonburg area not only because of the quick service, great prices, and friendly staff, especially Jordan who always went above and beyond to help my family get back on the road. I've always felt this shop should be higher than a 5 star. However, yesterday my experience wasn't so good. I asked the man if he would check the air in my two front tires after he installed the two new tires on the back, he did not after saying that he would. We know this shop is always busy so we got there before they opened. A lady started preparing for the day & just left us sitting for 30 minutes never acknowledging we were sitting directly infront of the bay door & we were the only customers there. When my husband addressed this with the man he said you have to come into the shop bc we don't know what you're here for (you only change tires!) As well as when I've gone into the shop before no one is ever in there. He explained they won't come to your window & knock to see what you want. He also told me it would be a fee that I've never had to pay before as well for taking my old tires & saying "we've always charged that". I felt unwelcomed & as though I was an inconvenience to them. Jordan no longer works at this location so I will not recommend this tire center to anyone again or use this company. Customer service means going out of your way to acknowledging your customer & sometimes greeting them at the window of the car with a smile & saying "how may we help you today"."

"Somewhere in town, I ran over a sheet metal screw and as a result, the tire developed a slow leak. Stopped at the first tire shop I could find, and they were backed up and couldn't look at it for two hours. As I was leaving, a gentleman came outside and suggested I take it to Miguel's Tire Shop. Luckily, the tired stayed up long enough for me to drive to Miguel's. Within 15 minutes of arriving, my tire was removed, plugged, and remounted. Couldn't have asked for better service.
