"I have a used car that I got from a guy who fixed it up for fun, so I expected to have to do some repairs as time went on. I needed something fixed in time for a trip, and they were able to get me in the next day. Another auto shop had told me to fix something totally different, but when the mechanic here went in to look at it, they arrived at a different conclusion. We did that instead. When I drove it next, the difference was immediately obvious, versus other shops that weren't able to address the issue. They were able to fix some things at a reasonable price, do an inspection and alignment, and also talked with me about what each thing meant and which was the most important to fix first. I had some weird scheduling difficulties at the time, but they were very accommodating in finding a good time for an appointment. The communication from them in general was great and helpful. Their business also emphasizes the importance of routine regular maintenance to keep your car working at its best, which I thought was good. I will be returning here for sure."
