"I drove 40 minutes to do an exchange since exchanges aren’t allowed online, only to find out they’re closed until 4 because they’re doing an inventory. I told them I just needed to do a return and they said all registers are closed and refused to provide service. Instead of doing an exchange I will be returning and will never purchase anything from Eddie Bauer again. Awful customer service."

"I received a hat from my wife for a birthday gift. It did not ft so I went to the Tysons store to exchange. My wife actually gave me the receipt but I lost it. Anyway I thought it would not be an issue seeing as I never wore it it still had the Eddie Bauer tag and original shopping bag. I was told that they could not help me as I did not have a receipt. Well for a billion dollar company that must pay a pretty penny to have a store in Tysons Corner their customer service is non existent. I would never set my foot in any Eddie Bauer store or purchase anything from them online. I will go out of my way to tell as many people about this as possible. THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND ABSOLUTELY INSANELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

"Manager is a ghost here. Had legitimate coupons and "manager" refused to let me use them but refused to show their face. Be careful of this store. I walked out purchasing nothing."

"Visited this store on March 7, 2023, returning an online purchase: Had received ONE sneaker only on an order for a pair of sneakers (major mishap on the part of the online ordering/shipping staff). The young lady who assisted me in the return process (who I believe might have been the Manager - the receipt listed her name as "Roxana") was awesome! Very professional and friendly and customer-oriented in all respects. Kudos to her efforts on my behalf."

"Got there 6:40pm on Monday, but the store was closed without any notices. According to Google, it should be open until 7pm. Not sure if this is closure due to Covid or not, but was pretty disappointed since we drove from MD."
