"THIS STORE CAN'T GET ORDERS RIGHT! DIDN'T GET MY LARGE COKE! MY DOUBLE HAMBURGER WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE ONIONS - NO ONIONS; ALSO DIDN'T WANT LETTUCE - BUT GOT LETTUCE ANYWAY! CAN'T PEOPLE READ AN ORDER AND GET IT CORRECT?! STUPIDITY!!! INCOMPETENCE!!! LAZINESS!!!"

"Ordered baked potato with sour cream through drive thru.The girl who took my money was also the same girl preparing or should I say struggling with my food. There were two other ladies amd a man there,one taking drive thru orders and the other maybe the mgr and maybe the cook..m not sure but they were all watching her struggle with my potato which turned into her struggling to move to another container. Than another lady grabbed container than it was in a bag being handed to me. When I asked if their was sour cream the girl immediately said "you didn't ask". Just WOW! I am grossed out that the sane person who took my money and gave me change was the same girl to make my potato. Where is Osha? Than the rudeness because they didn't hear me ask for the source cream. Just ridiculous the customer service is awful. Didn't even bother calling the mgr because I'm sure it was one of the three standing there watching the girl handle my food and having issues with it. Gross, gross, gross"

"The food was fresh. Customer service was friendly and professional. This was a pleasant experience for a fast food restaurant. The employees seem to work together well for the benefit of the customers' satisfaction and conscious of their time."

"RUDE NIGHT CREW especially the black guy with the low cut full beard. I see a young guy wiping off a drink and I asked him if that's my drink. I couldn't hear him because he was wearing a mask. A black guy and white guy come to the window all 3 talking to me at once which was confusing. The black guy said "we can give it to you wet". He has a "very" nasty attitude. All because I ask the young guy was that my drink that I'd saw him wiping off all over. The "worst" customer service experience I've ever had at this Wendy's."

"One of our party members didn't get her food so she went up and asked about it. They apologized and got her her food right away. Then they brought out a frosty for her. Very kind gesture! Clean restaurant! Great customer service! This staff must have great leaders!"
