"Came here for resin night and ordered food. Everything was made to order and delicious. The home fries were the best! Server and cook were friendly and personable, the entire atmosphere was very welcoming. 4/5 because they were out of quite a few other menu items that we would’ve liked to try. Would still recommend!"

"Food was bland. Ordered two chili cheese dogs and the chili cheese fried to go. CHILI BLAND. Had NO flavor. Kinda enjoyed the hot dog by itself. HUGE snap which I liked BUN was nice a soft and warm. But that chili was HORRIBLE just…why oh why are y’all using SLICED CHEESE instead of a cheese sauce…I’m really confused by that because cheese sauce is easy to make. Cheese was Horrible..chili was horrible…nothing seasoned…fries…horrible. Super crispy but tasted like NOTHING. I think I will stick with Hot Dog King in Newport News because this was so bad."

"Monday 1/8/24 4pm Order two dogs and fries. Food came out fast. Things were great until I seen a hair in my fries. Waitress came to the table to clear it off. Never asking how was your food or do you want anything else or more water or anything. I told her food was good but there is a hair in my fries. She just took my container to the trash and never said we are sorry or anything. Just said ok. Very robotic like. Just blank stair on her face. Cold! I sat there another 15 minutes waiting on bill. Just got up and went to the counter . Seemed to be what the people were doing. The Guy who made the food apologized for the hair which clearly wasn't from his head. He dropped the hot dogs at the table and the lady dropped the fries off at my table. Seemed to be from her then him. Long and same color as her hair.This guy had really short brown hair. At the counter to pay and surprisingly the guy apologized for the fries and took it off the bill. I was completely shocked. He did the right thing. Overall the food was okay but waitress service is very very LACKING! Good for teenagers or really young folks but NOT for seasoned adults who no how real customer service should be. Some training on customer service and being nice is well needed! Your business can prosper even more if the people are nice. Not playing nice but the real deal. Advice, get your food Togo. "Truly a Five Star dining (lunch) experience, both food and service. We went there after church, we had different items, & we all left there full, satisfied, and happy. I had, and recommend, the Knockwurst with chili, mustard, relish, & sauerkraut, with fries. Our waitress, 'Jackie', was nothing short of outstanding. She was prompt in coming to our table and she always came by at the right times, not too much & not too little. She was genuinely pleasant/friendly, efficient, helpful, & she was intelligent/fast on the uptake. We made a 'fun' game of asking everyone the 'hotdog questions' printed on the tables, and then Jackie brought us the answer sheet. A good time had by all."
