"Matthew of the Front Royal store is a GameStop rock star. He went out of his way and figured out that I had two accounts with two numbers that were separate. One free and one paid. He somehow figured it out and linked my accounts. He was very friendly and helpful. I wish every store employee everywhere was half as good as him at their jobs. He takes his job seriously and likes what he does in my opinion. He saved me ten dollars also. Thank you MATTHEW of the Front Royal Store"

"Most all of the staff is friendly and helpful, but i have had a few instances with the manager here, he has a very arrogant attitude and i dont feel he has very good costumer service skills. Maybe it's just me bc im a female, but he's been rude and arrogant on more than 1 occasion and i will not go back."
