"Staff is rude and incompetent. Came in for a pickup order that I placed an hour ago and was ignored for half an hour. Asked repeatedly if someone could help me and all they could say is “sorry, no I can’t help you”. Food is mediocre at best, too pricey, and certainly not worth getting treated like you’re just a huge inconvenience for them. Absolutely pathetic staff. You can get better customer service at McDonald’s! Save yourself the trouble and go to literally any other Indian restaurant besides this one. Maybe the other location has better customer service but after this experience I’ll never come back."

"We have gone as a family several times. Today was another lunch together and we had 17 people. I can’t say enough good things about the food, service and atmosphere! Honestly, it’s very rare to find this level of good service. The staff is always attentive, very knowledgeable, and eager to serve. The food has been so satisfying and delicious each and every time we have visited. Please find the time to visit this restaurant, there is nothing you could regret about it."

"WE LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Food, location, atmosphere are all amazing but the staff tops the cake. We order from here all the time with no issues. Our last order they made a mistake with our cheese naan. They quickly owned the mistake and made it right. The manager knew it was for the kids. He called a little later to make sure the kiddos were happy. My wife and I were touched. He did not have to do that. This kind of personal ownership and service is becoming uncommon these days. Before we went here because of the food. Now we are life long loyal customers because of the people. Great job!!!"

"Parking garage was close by & free for 2hrs I believe. The food was delicious & packed with flavors & herbs, but the chicken was too squishy for my taste. The portion was quite small for the price we were paying for lunch. For some reason, they charged $1 extra for meat. Therefore the cost is approximately $16/$17 for 1 curry dish & $1 extra for the meat in the dish. The rice was a bit on the dry side & stale to eat. Service was slow to serve our orders. However, very friendly & welcoming staff. Good food, but pricy."

"My first time here and I ordered lamb biryani, Gobi Manchurian, and palak paneer. Everything had great flavor and generous portions. I was pleasantly surprised at how much lamb was in the biryani and the size of the paneer in the palak. I would definitely come back to try their other dishes."
