"I have frequented several IHOP Restaurants and have found that the 4401 Virginia Beach Blvd. location was absolutely THE BEST!! Their food was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS (the BEST Big Steak Omelet I have ever had), the staff was WONDERFUL, there was plenty of space for the customers to be somewhat spread out and not literally on top of each other, the atmosphere was inviting with an all around good atmosphere!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location and feel that you won't be disappointed! They are located across the street from Princess Ann High School."

"Well my husband and I decided to have breakfast at a place we were familiar with. First we walked in to a place complete with Halloween decorations and some staff dressing the part. Our waitress although nice acted like she was "over it" as soon as she came and introduced herself. We had the breakfast sampler and my husband had the waffle with a request of extra fresh strawberries. Food came out quickly. My side of pancakes were a bit overcooked but ok. The waffle my husband received was good but had only what looked like 4 slices of strawberries on it. All in all it was an ok breakfast."
