"My Hubby and I needed something quick to eat for an affordable price, so we went to Wendy's. We were expecting the worse, however we were surprised. The service was good and quick and we enjoyed our food."

"Best Wendy's in VB, The manager tonight was amazing and they fulfilled my order super quick. Unlike the horrible Newtown Rd Wendy's that took only mobile orders at 9pm! This is my GO TO Wendy's. I will never go to any other Wendy's but this one."

"My son and I entered the restaurant for a quick bite. Immediately we noticed the floor was very slippery almost like ice. It was as if the floor was mopped with an oil soaked mop. I mentioned this to the lady taking our order and her response was "I don't know what to tell you" In other words, it wasn't her problem. We ordered 2 biggie bags and a choc chunk cookie. When we got to our table we realized there wasn't a cookie. My son had to carefully walk back to the counter on the slick floor to get the cookie. The fries and chicken nuggets were cold, The Coke Freestyle Machine was also broken. Wendys use to be a good place to grab a quick bite but not anymore."

"Apparently they do not know how to read an order. I did a mobile order asking for extra, and as you can see by the photo there was no extra lettuce, tomatoe, or mayo. The fries and nuggets was either burnt or cooked in old oil. I wanted regular nuggets and got spicy nuggets. There was us and one car in the drive thru. So, they was not busy no excuse for messing up our order except pure laziness. I will not be returning"

"I was expecting this Wendy’s location to be a little worse than others due to reviews but it exceeds my expectations. The service was very nice and friendly and the food was fresh and hot. It was a great experience and I would come back to this location again."
