"Service was very efficient and pleasant, which was great considering how busy it was at noon on the Friday before Christmas!! Biggie Bag (crispy chicken BLT, fries, 4 nuggets, small drink and key tag peppermint Jr Frosty) was perfect and ready quickly, too. I was not expecting things to be perfect but happily it was!"

"Came into the Wendy’s at 1066 Independence blvd in Virginia Beach at 6:10pm and were kicked out because they stated they did not have enough people and it was drive through only even though the doors to the restaurant were open. There was no apology just we’re not serving you. Went outside the restaurant and there was not one car going through drive through. By far the worst customer service I ever had at a Wendy’s."

"I have found in four separate evening time visits that that staff are indifferent to borderline hostile with their attitudes toward customers. Good luck anytime after 7pm if you are trying to get a frosty, it is "down". Wish for the owners to find better staffing during current labor market."

"At The Wendy's at 198 s independence blvd Virginia Beach VA the employees and management are all Amazing and good people they always show me love and support and care when I walk in to eat and charge my phone they all go above and beyond to help me weather it's asking how I'm doing that day or offering to help me with something to eat because they all know I'm a disabled homeless veteran I am greatful for them all"

"I spent over 40 minutes trying to get my food. Then when I got it? I was missing. 2 4 piece nuggets, spent another 7 minutes Trying to get the 2 4 piece nuggets. Then I get home and my Sandwich is covered in mustard which I cannot eat. I would not recommend anybody to go here and I would rather not eat at a Wendy's again than go back to this place. I've visited this Wendy's many times due to the fact that it's close to my house. And every time there's been an issue. Other people I know in the area feel the same and will not go there."
