"Always great service and punctuality. Shoutout to Greg for the advice and assistance he offered regarding my noises, (tires)."
"Best dealer experience I've had. A very complex process of buying a car in another state to me was made fairly easy. Can't say enough good about Erica, Jeremy, and Gary."
"I have bought a lot of cars and this was by far one of the best experiences. Erica was so easy to work with and she had everything prepared before I arrived. We were able to finalize the entire deal through email which I greatly appreciate. I showed up and she took wonderful care of me. The finance department was fantastic too. Had me in and out in no time at all. I would buy again from Opequon GMC in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!"
"Fast service, didn't have to worry if my tire's were rotated or fluids topped off. I have had bad experience at another GMC dealership on these issues. Glad I found a better place! Thanks"
"Service agent was very rude when setting up appointment and was making me feel like an inconvenience that I was using a extended warranty to replace my parts. Called the service manager to both setup time to finish paying and complain and he stated that he doesn't have to use the extended warranty when I mentioned the poor service he said you have to understand how the service agent feels when customers come in wanting to use extended warranties. Sad part is I had to call up the warranty company myself to solve this problem normally the service center should be doing that as they have to submit the claim not me."
