CMA's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Martinsburg

"I called this company about a vehicle they had on the lot, and I was excited to purchase it. I had a budget, so I asked the guy if he'd be able to do a flat price with taxes, tags and fees, he said let me call you back I have to find my manager. He called back and left me a voice mail saying yes they could include all of that in my flat price. I called back and asked if they could start the paperwork before I arrived so I wasn't sitting there for an hour while they did everything. They said yes and took all the information over the phone and in text message. About 30 minutes later I get a text saying call me asap, when I call I am told the vehicle couldn't pass its final inspection because something was wrong, they are sorry. As soon as I get off the phone I pull my credit report and sure enough they ran my credit. So now I've got no vehicle and a ding on my credit report. I do not recommend anyone shop here if this is how they're going to treat customers. On a side note the gentleman I spoke with was very pleasant and he genuinely sounded sorry."
