"Stopped in to grab a bowl around 2pm. Hands down the best bowl I've ever had. Every ingredient was super fresh and the kitchen was spotless. This could be different during dinner rush, but my experience was fantastic."

"Outside: clean and pristine. Impressed. Inside: no pride in their workspace. Looked like a tornado had blown through with food scattered in the work area, salsa, lettuce, rice like confetti after a parade. No happy smile, no sense of urgency. Please: if you are an employee working any shift, act like you want to be there when a customer comes in. Can anyone not smile at a customer, say thank you, or even pretend to enjoy your job. I felt like I had stumbled into the lunch room at a frat house after a party had just died and was supposed to clean up after the workers. What a mess! Take pride in your nice building, appreciate the customer, and change their life. Is that asking too much? Great service can be most of what is missing the world. So I copied someone else’s comment from a few months ago because it’s still valid. I asked for white rice without cilantro and it took 5 minutes for them to get it out of the warmer. The guy wouldn’t get it out because that’s not something he does. The guy that was serving a customer got it out. The cashier was nice and pleasant but the area around the register was covered with cheese. CLEAN UP!!!!!!!!"
