"Great place. Food is fresh. Big portions. Tasty food. Great customer service. I love that it feels really homie and if you dine in you get free soup and their soup is so good. Especially the chicken noodle and she crab"
"The food was either extremely over cooked or not cooked enough. I’m sorry I even asked my wife to order from here. When I ordered I was told it would take about 30 minutes. I got there about 35 minutes after ordering and had to wait for another 25-30 just to get my order. Staff was rude and seemed bothered to have to do their job. Please don’t waste your time or money here. I won’t make that mistake again!!!"
"This is Hampton Rhodes' best kept secret. Amazing food with large portions for cheap prices. Great friendly staff and a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. This place was terrific, will be back many times."
"Other than the hash browns actually being scallop potatoes, the food was good. I got a ham & spinach omelette. The spinach seemed fresh, ham was a cheap deli ham but decent. Potatoes I got extra crispy, which was not so crispy but well seasoned. I would certainly eat breakfast here again."
"I visited on a Sunday afternoon where I and a 13 year old (male) ordered breakfast with a side order of fries. The good: The waitress was friendly and attentive. The French Fries were delicious! The pancakes were big and thick. The bacon was good, but it was different as it was very salty and thicker than traditional bacon. The bad: The pancakes were dry and not that tasty. Both myself and the 13 year old said these were not as good as IHOP or Waffle House. The eggs were overcooked and seemed more like fried eggs than scrambled. We agreed we will not be getting breakfast here again. Note: We did not try the pizza or other items not mentioned above so we cannot attest to the rest of the menu. The restaurant itself is very dated with old tables and stained chairs. It has more of a diner feel than a pizzeria. I may give the pizza a try someday, but I don’t think I’ll be returning for anything else."
