"We enjoyed our dinner here. This was highly recommended by our friends. My husband tried a couple of different sausages and got the cheese dipping sauce. Highly recommend the sauce! I got the Curryworst. The sauce was terrific with great flavor. The potatoes were great too. We sat in the covered patio and they allowed me to bring my small dog. They brought him out a water bowl too. Our waitress was very nice. The atmosphere is great. You can sit inside, outside, or in the covered patio area. We will bring our family when they come to town."

"We visited on a Sunday afternoon in october. We had no trouble getting a table and were seated in Intimate area of the restaurant. Our food was delicious. Be sure to check out the pretzel charcuterie board. There is a nice selection of German Meats and cheeses and the pretzel is a work of art. My roast beef dinner was sumptuous and the ladies both enjoyed their schnitzel. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Hampton roads. We will certainly be back."

"Food and service were amazing. We are visiting the area and attempted to try other restaurants nearby but no one would even seat us. The Bier Garden is a gorgeous restaurant with so much character. The food was perfectly cooked. I didn’t take a picture of my Turkey/Havarti sandwich in time before I indulged, but I did get pics of the strudel and pork appetizer with mushroom gravy. This place is a definite must try."
