"Im giving one star simply because thats the lowest it will slow me to give. The service here was the worst. I did a mobile order and when I went to pick it up the little girl with the blond hair working in there gave me food that was unacceptable. The biscuit was hard as a rock and the food was not what I should have gotten! I got her attention and she came to the window with a whole attitude then asked me what did I want? I asked her why did she have an attitude she said I don’t have and attitude I told her about my biscuit that was hard as a rock she shut the glass in my face went and got some other raggedy looking biscuit gave it to me then shut the glass and walked off. She was very rude. She obviously need more training in customer service or another profession because her customer service sucked! Look at these mash potatoes bowls smh! Do not waste your money at this store!"

"Absolutely horrible service. The guy working the window is more worried about playing with the other employees over making sure the orders are correct. I had to repeat my order multiple times because he was getting distracted. Then I get my food and I get the wrong sides but my receipt has the correct sides. I tried to call back up there to get it squared away but they did not answer the phone. I even had to wait to get someone else's attention just so I could get sauce for my strips."

"Went through the drive thru... no greeting just the a short order whenever in a I dont care tone followed by want to round up today... seeming for no reason... at the window just took the money and then failed to provide the incorrect change anyway... handed me bag and closed window... a very cold experience and no napkins"

"Pot pies were delicious. I had to wait cause i ordered so many, shock was fine. But, after 40 minutes, i asked about them and was given allot of attitude."

"I ordered extra crispy and received eeeexxxxxttttra moist original. That’s the first time that happened in the only 3 visits I’ve had. Plus the oily chicken tasted OKD. Customer service is a hit Orr complete miss at this location as well….."
