"I have never been to a Chick Fil A and had bad service but this location seems to be spot on every time. I visited the drive thur and placed my order for a simple chicken biscuit and orange juice at 6:32. I was 4th in line and didn't get my food until 6:59. If you have anywhere to be, don't go to this location."

"I recently lost my mother, and Miss Sheila Perry was so amazing and donated 2 nugget trays to my family!! My son has been employed with her for over a year now and some may say that’s the reason she donated but I believe this woman has a true kind heart and donated with that in mind. I absolutely love Miss Sheila Perry and the staff that is currently at Chick-fil-A in Newmarket."

"This is the WORST ChicFilA in the Hampton Roads (757) area. Located in Newmarket area of Mercury Blvd. Drive thru they git my order wrong TWICE ! Then had the nerve to ask me to "pull up "...like it was my fault. Fries were COLD, I asked for replacement while they fixed my order--the girl said "we can't do that ". I asked for more than 1 ketchup, she said "owner's policy is ONE". Avoid this location!! I know I won't use them again."

"First off my chic fil a app said I got two medium cups for free and I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and spicy chicken salad and our order was wrong I got a regular chicken sandwich and small water cups then they were rushing me to leave overall it was a bad experience and I’m never coming back cause they have nasty attitudes and I wouldn’t recommend at all 01/26/2024 Don’t come here unless u want ur order wrong and horrible customer service"
