"Just ordered a Biggie bag and the entire bun crumbled in my hand while trying to take a bite and it smelled about a second away from being molded. If you won't eat it, don't serve it!!"

"There was nobody in the store or in line at 6:00pm on November 24th. When I entered it was employees standing outside smoking marijuana and inside the employees were standing around conversing which wasn’t an issue until I went to use the bathroom and it was nasty. There was period blood in the toilet along with a big wad of toilet paper that was bloody. I didn’t even order food afterwards. Cleanliness is important in all areas of the building including the bathrooms."

"Worst Fast-Food experience in a long time! Rather than paying a cashier to greet you and take your order, they force you to use a digital ordering screen. The family ahead of us was clearly struggling, and the staff just ignored them. We tried to use the ordering screen next to them, and the tap/response time was more than 10 seconds. Frustrated, we decided to leave, and go through the drive-thru. Now that we were sitting in our car, someone was finally willing to speak to us. We placed the order and were given a total, but the amount seemed high. We were not offered a receipt, but were asked to pull ahead and wait for our food. When it finally arrived, 3 out of the 4 meals were wrong. We will never visit this location again, and will think twice about going to any Wendy's again."

"Do go here. Whats the point in ordering through mobile for food to STILL be wrong and have to STILL wait almost 10mins to get my food! Oh and did I mention I was helped by a manager soooo yeah guess they just didn't care either. Hire more people. And one of my 7min burgers I had to wait for was cold"

"Ordered Apple Pecan salads 8/12/2023. Got home and the lettuce underneath was rotted. Not a fresh salad! I got in my car and returned them to the store. A remake was made with the remark that the “old ones had not been pulled.” Got the feeling the were passing them off in the drive thru - and disappointed that nothing extra was offered for my troubles of having to return. For $16.38, I was offended."
