"Went to the KFC that I usually go to ordered my food, Get to work open the box, and my chicken is overcooked. Call to speak to the manager the guy told me he was the manager explain to him and his response was I would like to see that because I cook the chicken and I told him that I took and I could bring the chicken back up after I get off from work, the gentleman was very rude and how he Supposed to have handled the situation and hung up the phone on me ! So I called Corporate and let them know how things were handled. Could’ve been a very easy fix. You don’t be rude to people that patronize your business often will never go there again !"

"Went there about 7 o'clock on a Thursday night to pick up my mobile order when I got home about 10 mins away. I noticed that the french fries were stale and over cooked the potatoes in the chessy Fiesta potato bowl was hard and stale, and the chicken was dry as can be and the tenders I ordered where small amd looked more like nuggets and slightly over cooked and dry i don't know if this is a normal thing that happens here but I don't think I'll be back here anytime soon."

"The one star is for its over priced chicken and the big reason, "Stopped the Military Discount program". For no reason except greediness. No more KFC for my family or friends at this location. I encourage all Military to avoid this location."

"Service guy was great, the food was absolute dogshite. Disentigrated Hard shell tacos and soft tacos that had been sitting long enough for the shell to congeal it the wrapper. I would have taken picture if I had thought to do so, before I threw that garbage in the trash and went to the 711 to recieve food of an astonishgly higher caliber. It boggles the mind to think people want more than minimum wage to do this job, but cant even perform the most basic food rotations or keep shells that arent stale in stock. Suffice to say I will never step foot in that building again, sorry to the employees that actually do their jobs, this isnt towards you. To whomever was in charge of food and prep though, you need to be counting beans or something. Y'know, something you might not actually screw up?"
