"Ordered delivery that took forever, so my food was cold. I never got a free cookie that I ordered. I tried calling 3-4 times and they never picked up."

No words spoken when they handed me my mobile order, No thank you, no have a good day, nothing. Very rude atmosphere. Sub was super thin. A flat sub is unheard of."

"I have visited this location a few times given its proximity to where I live. Tonight was the last time however. I have chalked up bad customer service the times I've visited to personalities and folks not getting paid enough to be friendly. Sad..but I can look past that. I won't, however, look past poor food and failure to make my sandwiches per the online order I submitted. The young lady even referenced the order several times while putting the order together and it still was wrong. Wrong bread for one sandwich...wrong toppings on both. Quality and quantity of what was there was also very poor, which I place blame upon the owners too. Bottom line...between the food quality and lack of customer service...it proves this location really doesn't care if they have my business or not. I'll go elsewhere."

"Restaurant was clean, food was good, but the two ladies working this evening weren't great. Neither of them were very friendly. When we got up to the counter to order our food, the girl said, "go ahead"..... is this McDonald's quality food service workers?? Not great customer service at all, besides the "have a good evening" we got from the other girl at the very end of our visit. We spent a lot of time in there, my husband and I, and we just ordered two 6" subs. I really don't think the two girls working could do any part of their job ANY SLOWER. Lack of motivation showed, and lack of concern for their job and customer experiences. We will probably not visit this location for a while because of them. Or otherwise, visit at a different time of day, because 6:30pm on a Monday night wasn't their best."
