"For being newly started up, this is a great little restaurant. Roy, one of the owners, served us and was very friendly. They try to get as close to farm to table as possible and use locally sourced foods. Their prices are a little higher but the quality of the food was good. I got the Reuben and enjoyed my meal. The venue looks really good. They’ve done a lot of work. I will definitely be visiting again and hope the community will support a new, local business and give them grace as they get up and running. There are a lot of very negative comments that I don’t believe are warranted."

"This place is definitely an improvement from Farmer Franks. Cleaner and updated. I gave it a few tries before writing this as they are still starting up. Front of house service is good. Food is slow from the kitchen. This is consistent every time we have ordered. I can't say anything great or terrible about the food. Portions are on the normal to slightly small side. Very overpriced for what is provided. It is like regular home cooking. Nothing out of a culinary class."

"Some of these reviews are sad, from the same people who probably claim they “support local businesses” yet bash them after 1 bad experience. They are clearly working through some growing pains of opening up a new restaurant. Our food was great on 10/12 (Butler’s French Toast & Sweet Potato Skillet). The sweet tea was good too. The waitress was very nice, had even apologized for the wait as they were short staffed (I applaud this from any waiter/ress as it’s not their fault and are not required to do so). I do think they should’ve waited a little longer to get things organized before opening. You can tell a lot of effort has been put in, but you can also tell a lot of effort still needs to be put in to get things moving smoothly."
