"We received two orders of cold fries through the drive-thru. No napkins. We returned the cold fries and explained that we waited 25 mins to get them replaced with fresh fries. I asked for a complimentary water or soda for waiting so long. The manager came out and explained that they can't do that and only replace fries. When we left, we realized that they only gave us one of the two fries we were supposed to get. Totally incompetent management. I feel bad for the nice drive-thru worker who had to work there. Immediately called customer service. Please don't accept poor business habits and complain when you see them."

"There's no better deal than their .89 cent ice cream cones! Their 3.50 bundle with your choice of a double cheeseburger or 6 chicken nuggets and fries is such a deal as well! They are open til 3am daily too! On the down side if you're stopping by late nights when only the drive thru is open be prepared for a 20 min or even longer wait. Although working with a skeleton crew everyone is pleasant under the duress. Sad thing is after waiting in a long line for a bit of while for that ice cream cone only to find out the machine is down for a cleaning or there are no more cones for the ice cream."

"So I come here every now and then and every time they forget something. They never put sauces when we get nuggets,they never fill up their fry cartons fully like what makes you think I would want to spend almost $20 on food when the fries are like basically empty and tonight I went and got a double quarter pounder meal and a $3.50 bundle and guess what was missing the sandwich. This place needs to do better"

"It was time for breakfast and I was hungry! I had to wait about 4 - 5 minutes for my order to be ready, and then... it arrived just lukewarm! I ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin meal which came with a small coffee (which was tasty!) and hash browns. The "3" rating was for the coffee which was warmer than the food! I'm so over this place... I'm no longer feeling this mc'd's thing. Mickey D... I quit you!"

"Yall idk what to say but they need to get it together asap. But be careful with your food. I got a hamburger that wasn't cooked. I did talk to the manager on duty, and got it handled. Cool. Now I'm here eating a apple pie and it has lint in it. Idk if the people think it's funny to mess with people's food or what but it's not cute. Personally will not be coming back. The food is already expensive but now it's nasty as well. If you do eat here just be careful and check your food."
