"Friday Nov 18th 2022 I finished paying for my matresses....I already paid out a bedroom set that I've had almost 2 years from day 1 the experience was horrible...so many different managers, workers, and FALSE PROMISES.....UNTIL Danny and the manager Abraham took over. Danny and Abraham have always been professional and patient. They know every item in the store by name, code, description lol. It's ashamed it's been that unprofessional for 2 years up until the last couple of months. ABRAHAM S PROFESSIONALISM Will take him far in his career."

"My boyfriend and I came to order a dresser. The young man in the front advised they had no furniture available in the store so we had to choose online for it to be ordered. The lady in the back with dreadlocks came to the front and started flirting with my boyfriend. She said she was the manager when later we found out she was not. We paid for the entire dresser, no financing. We were told it would arrive Thursday between 4pm-8pm. The lady went to the back with the large glass window. I noticed her watching me and my boyfriend interact with each other as we looked at sectional sofas. Fast forward to Thursday our furniture never came, we called the shop over and over but no answer. Friday we got a call stating the furniture never arrived at the store but it should be delivered before 4pm. We waited, nothing came. We called back and they advised it should arrive by 5pm. It never arrived. We called and asked for a refund. It was then we were advised by the agent over the phone the lady with the dreadlocks who flirted with my boyfriend was not a manager. She was all up in my boyfriend's face but could NOT do her job and deliver furniture we paid outright for. My boyfriend said we will never do business with AARON'S again. THE THIRST IS REAL AT AARON'S, BUT NOT THE FURNITURE HONEY!"

"It's a shame that folks that have bad things to happen are the ones that gives reviews. I went there and was wonderfully greeted at the door. Alex introduce himself very polite. Directed me to items I was interested in, explained the process of rental versus buying. Very knowledgeable. The showroom is nicely laid out no clutter. I got several décor ideas from their arrangements. So far it's a excellent place of business. I say Go there try them out."
