"My mom visited the store and there was a bin of purses. A customer walked in and asked if she could take them . The employee allowed a customer to take all of those purses for free. While everyone else have to pay for overpriced items ."

"The customer service is top notch! All the ladies who work there are always pleasant and helpful. The store is neat, clean, and well organized. I’ve lucked out and have found many hidden gems at this location. The only downside is, is that some of their items are priced too high for donated goods. Other than that I love this thrift!"

"I used to be a regular customer. But I will not be going back there again. When I was in there recently I felt completely discriminated against. After I dropped off items I was donating, the lady at the register greeted me as usual ("Hello. How are you doing?"). After a few minutes, while I was shopping with my children (1 of whom is a 5 month old) a man came out of the back and told me I had to leave my backpack at the front counter. I explained to him that it was my diaper bag and also doubles as my purse (my wallet, keys, phone, etc. are all in there) but he still insisted that I leave it at the front. They wouldn't even dare go up to any of the other women who were in there without kids and tell them to leave their purse. But because I have several young children and carry mine on my back, I must be a criminal or something? There is absolutely no way I'm going to leave my personal items just sitting at the checkout counter. So i left the items I was going to PURCHASE (not steal!) and left, and I won't be going back unless they right their wrong."

"First they are RACIST! and STEREOTYPE most of the blacks that come in. I went to get books and the staff came over to straighten up the books and DVDs which are always neat (see picture). There was absolutely nothing on that book rack to straighten up. She did this until I decided that I was done looking for books. I was so offended I lost focus on just enjoying looking around the store. While at the register I heard the old white lady what a black gentleman come in and I heard her whisper another one to watch and they both started staring him down as if he was going to start stuffing clothing into his pockets. Second, the prices are extremely too high for a second hand store. I thought the prices seemed sketchy so I did an online price comparison and I can buy it brand new for almost 2 dollars less on most books."

"Many items priced higher than what they cost new. It's amazing that this place is still open trying to scam customers like this."
