"They are currently going through renovations, if you feel that might make you uncomfortable. I still highly recommend them. Came in with my parents, nephew, and son. We had a good time. All the employees were very attentive, and the food was good. The server we had was awesome."

"Certain days is better than others. Depending on who working & the time of the day. I prefer the evening late night through the night till morning during the weekdays when Aaron being the one man show what people calls it. (Cook, cashier, server, Greeter, dishwasher, etc.)"

"The restaurant is dirty. The table was sticky and when requested to have it wiped down, they used a dirty rag. Plenty of staff present but work ethic and capabilities limited. Rest rooms are disgusting."

"I have NEVER experienced service like this in my LIFE. Placed my order thru their website. Not only was I missing food but everything I ordered was WRONG! I called the restaurant multiple times no answer. So I drive up there. When I walked in the server was arguing with an elderly woman who was simply looking for the bathroom since she had been waiting so long to be seated. She screamed at her to leave saying she wasn’t gonna help her! She finally acknowledge me asking “What do you want?” I explain I was missing items and I was there to get them. She said she wasn’t giving me anything I need to leave and call DoorDash. I once again explained I didn’t want a refund I simply wanted my items. She proceeded to ignore me and had me waiting for the items! After waiting 20 minutes I asked her can you get my items now?! She said started screaming at me saying I’m gonna wait as long as I need to she is gonna help EVERYONE else and I can sit there all I want!!! Refused to give me anything at that point telling me to get out! Both burgers I got were missing all the condiments. No bacon, no sauce, no cheese, literally meat, welted lettuce and bread. All the grand slams missing items and didn’t get the complete desserts! Literally a cookie and nothing else!!! Corporate is my first call tomorrow morning."

"I haven't been to this location in Hopewell, VA for awhile. The restaurant looks renovated, very clean, and has a nice quiet atmosphere. The server was very pleasant. But the food was horrible. The fries and hot tea were good but the sandwich had too much meat on it and it was ice cold, and just thrown together. The pancakes were even more messy, I didn't eat it. The server said the cook was new so I recommend coming in the morning where there is a more experienced cook."
