"Anyone with a brain knows McDonald's ain't no place to feed off of! The food isn't natural and contains God knows what! Onkmly stop here for the pineapple mango smoothie which they say contains real fruit. So they say??? Well till I find out otherwise it is the only menu item you'll see me get from McDonald's period!"
"The WORST Customer Service ever!! I placed a mobile order and sent someone to pick it up. To my disappointment they informed my friend that although I've PAID for my food, the mobile order follows the phone and I had to be there to get it. Major inconvenience! So I waste gas to go pick it up and the morons behind the counter could not find the order. The so called "Manager" tells me that the order timed out and I would have to reorder it...mind you, I'd already been charged $14.08. There was NO compassion or even an attempt to correct the situation and just make the order since I was there. I have never felt so offended but it further enforces why I choose NOT to frequent McDonald's. The whole experience is not even worth stomach ache the food gives you!"
"Service at this restaurant has significantly evolved. More dedicated service, friendly staff, Mc Donald's app is a great tool. I used to avoid McDonald's, preferred Chick fill A instead, just for the customer service. I'm glad to know other fast food restaurants are upgrading their overall customer experience."
