"This location sucks! The Manager is so rude and even messed our order up twice. When I corrected her she had the nerve to have an attitude with me ! Excuse me I paid for what I wanted. I asked for her manager and she had a whole attitude for me asking. New management is definitely needed! The chicken was old and brown looking and I’m not sure how long it had been sitting up there. But I asked for fresh chicken and for the remaining of my order that she didn’t give me the first time and she had a whole attitude. Customer service is horrible and the establishment is dirty to include the bathrooms always and floors in the dining area. Watch out for old food here! They do not serve fresh food."
"Horrible experience. If i could give it a negative score I would. The cashier seemed like he was training and he was a little slower at taking our order which i understood and was patient with. However It was the lady with the eyebrow piercing and terrible customer service who didn’t seem like she cared about being there that really made me feel some type of way. She is no shape to be in the customer service field nor a team lead. Whatever she was going through that day may god bless her and hope she does some self reflecting. Also, the place was filthy. Dead flies EVERYWHERE. Disgusting. They handle your food with no gloves just bare hands."
