"I guess it is a sign of the decline of “brick and mortar “ businesses, but Kohl’s sure isn’t helping the situation. I went to find a few new dress shirts, like I’ve done for years, but the suit/dress shirt area was filled with cheap t shirts. Not a dress shirt to be found, and we were the only customers in the entire store. On a Friday night! In years past a trip to Kohl’s was always a pleasant experience, now it’s just a depressing feeling to see the decline of what used to be a staple for my family’s clothing needs. Guess I’ll be shopping online tonight like everyone else."

We were.at the Newport News store earlier in the week but it was so busy and overcrewded , not because of anything Kohl’s could be held responsible .
