I asked to speak with Nick the store manager several times and she refused. Alexia sets a bad example of a assistant manager and I’m not sure who gave her that title but that is definitely something worth rethinking. She definitely needs to look in the mirror and adjust her attitude accordingly"

"Assistant manager, Alexia is very rude, doesn’t accept when you’re asking for other managers whom you have been dealing with regarding your account. Alexia makes it seem as if she’s the head person of this store and her customer service is not one that I will be dealing with. However Cheyenne and Nick are both amazing and have been extremely understanding of our current situation and is helping us out to the best of their ability! Cheyenne is very kind and understanding she is absolutely amazing!"

"Workers are extremely rude. He insinuated my fiancé and I were lying about our fridge not working when they sent their own worker out to check for themselves. Lied and said we canceled delivery when it was them who called and rescheduled. They put 2 holes in our wall, scratched our floor all up, and took several pieces out of our doors trim. Over all customer service is horrible! This will be the last thing I ever purchase from rent-a-center."
