"I hadn't been to this store for a few years. The layout had changed. I had a "list" (photos of items in stock). I couldn't find a few, but asked for help. She found them for me. Respected my budget and was very friendly. She did this while giving instructions to another employee. Wonderful place. Professional staff. Thank you for serving the community."

"I'm never going back the people were so rude I bought a pop it ball there last January for 5$ it was terrible quality I opened it in the car and it popped immediately when I barely touched it I walked back and it was 9:00 (which was there closing time) I walked up and knocked on the door politely and she just ignored me I kept knocking and she rolled her eyes at me and walked over and opened the door I explained to her that it popped immediately. I asked is I could trade it in she then again rolled her eyes but said fine but then when she was handing it to me she told me to never pop it on purpose or she would not give me a new one ( when I didn't do it on purpose) I got it in the end but she was so rude if I could give it a zero I would"

"This is the sweetest store. They have all kinds of school supplies and Montessori learning items. They also have the cutest puppy. Also a very kind staff that will help you find anything you need."

"What a gold mine find!! I have two nieces that are elementary grade school teachers. I found an abundance of supplies for their classrooms at School Crossing. I was also impressed with the variety of educational toys and teaching aids work books, brain teasers etc for children of all ages available for purchase by teachers or parents alike. This is an independently owned establishment, by a local resident of our community. Please stop by and support her in what obviously is her life’s passion."

"I finally got a chance to visit this store this past May on a trip to Williamsburg. I have placed online orders before. Their selection is amazing! I am an educator of 20 years and this store has a great selection in every category I looked at (teaching items, toys, puzzles, workbooks). They have items it took me years to find (and lots of money in the process of the search). The main reason I wanted to write this review, though, is I was worried to visit after I read the review about the strong scents in the store. I get an allergic reaction myself to artificial scents so I completely understand the other person's review. I almost didn't go to the store. I noticed no strong aroma in the store and I definitely had no reaction (no headache, hives, etc.). My kids and I very much enjoyed shopping at the store!"
