"This was the best experience I have ever received at a fast food...let alone a Popeyes. The Popeyes in our area (Hampton Roads/Virginia Beach) come no where close to this Richmond Popeyes. The food was amazing and fresh. They were busy for lunch hour and the day before Thanksgiving, yet the service was still friendly and fast. I definitely will be going out of my way to go here again. Loyal customer for life."
"This is the sandwich I received from Popeyes 2318 E Laburnum Ave, Richmond, VA 23223 I placed an app order with the pick up time of 4:48pm. Per the app I was to go in the lobby upon arrival to pick up my food. When I arrived the lobby doors were locked. (shouldn't have been) I had to go through the drive thru and I waited for almost and hour. When I finally reached the speaker, no one even acknowledged I was there after waiting 15 minutes. An employee exited out the back door with trash and I asked was the speaker in the drive thru broken. He said no then went inside and I saw him talking to the manager in the drive thru area. Still I sat another 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Finally I was able to tell them my mobile order number but when I arrived to the pick up window, they said my order wasn't ready. The manager printed off my ticket and I heard them in the back screaming tell her to pull up. They did something to the food. The fries were cold and looked like they had been pulled from the trash. This was the sandwich. DON'T GO THERE! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL NEEDLESS TO SAY I THREW IT OUT. IT WAS AFTER 5:30 PM WHEN I FINALLY GOT MY FOOD. MY RATE FOR THEM IS A ZERO!"
"My wife and I went in on separate occasions and each time nobody greeted us properly.. I noticed a lighter toned black chick with freckles very rude and didn't have any basic customer service skills.. I gave it a pass the first time but I went in a second time and she still had an unpleasant attitude. If she and a few others like the very tall lighter tone black guy doesn't change their ways this company will go down hill. I'm done with this place"
"45 minutes in the drive through with 4 cars ahead of me. They asked me what I had and I read them my whole order and they handed me half my order."
