"Heard so many great things about this restaurant, so I decided to give it a try. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. I ordered a Mac Smash single and my husband ordered the Bacon Chopped Cheese. We shared small fries. The food was very good. The burger was a little over seasoned but still tolerable. My husband enjoyed his sandwich. I also ordered the 1/2 tea & lemonade. It was a bit too sweet, so I diluted it with water. It was still very tasty. I would definitely go back and try a different item on the menu."

"Every was pretty good. You order at a counter and pick your drinks from a cooler, so it's not a table service place. There is a big board on in the back with the menu. We placed our order and then took a seat. Didn't take very long for our food to be ready. The counter guy brought it out to us in a to go bag, think that is just how they serve. We pulled our food out and took a minute to figure out who's was who's and then started to eat. True smashed burger, pretty thin, with nice crispy edges. Buns were pretty fresh tasting. Overall, everything was good. Prices were fine, not cheap, but neither expensive. If I wanted some takeout, I'd might swing by again. There was nothing wrong with the place, but I wouldn't come as a dine in experience."

"Richmond is a smash burger Town! Competition is steep, but this one for me lands in at 3 with burger and fries rated. I like the seasoning on the fries, but something about them made me feel like they came out of a bag. The burger was awesome, would have wanted a bit more saucyness. Definitely worth going back! Happy they have a brick and mortar so we can find them!"
